The courses offered to develop the core competence are marketing management, human resource management, financial management, operational and production management, strategy management and thesis. Courses on basic module are aimed at developing the supporting competences. The courses given to develop the supporting competences include some preparation on case method and critical reading, accountancy, management and organization, research methodology.
However, the courses on major module are aimed at developing other competences. The courses given to develop other competences are in accordance with the major chosen by the students. For instance, if a student chooses the major of human resource management, the courses to be studied will consist of global leadership, talent management, knowledge management, business statistics and advanced research methodology.
The graduate competences or teaching learning process outcomes of MM Tel U are as follows: Internalizing academic values, norms and ethics. Internalizing independency, competition, and entrepreneurship.
Being able to identify managerial and organizational problems accurately. Being able to implement knowledge on organizational functions and management functions in managing different organizational types. Being able to design and conduct some research to study and develop knowledge in functional strategy. Kepmehdiknas able to develop advanced tactic and strategy in marketing management.
